A magnetic work light can reduce installation time when maintenance teams need to reposition illumination between vehicles or machines. For a B2B buyer, the main concerns are not only brightness but also holding force, cable routing, surface compatibility and branding durability.
WCZ2 combines six LEDs, a round magnetic base and a central non-illuminated logo panel.
Use Magnetic Mounting for the Right Task
A magnetic base is useful on clean, flat steel surfaces where permanent drilling is not desirable. It supports workshops, service vehicles and temporary maintenance areas that change from job to job.
It is not a universal mount. Aluminum, composite and some stainless panels will not hold the lamp securely. Buyers should test the actual machine surface and expected working angle.
Control Cable and Vibration Risk
WCZ2 is a wired lamp. The cable must be routed so that it does not pull against the magnetic base, contact moving parts or become a trip hazard.
Sample testing should include vibration, vertical mounting and the maximum expected cable tension. Magnet count or base size alone does not confirm real holding performance.
Understand the Six-LED Output Tier
The lamp uses six LEDs. At the supplied 1.5W-per-LED rating, calculated power is 9W. This positions WCZ2 as a compact close-range work light rather than a high-output driving lamp.
No lumen figure is provided. Buyers should request photometric information or evaluate the beam in the intended inspection or maintenance area.
Non-Illuminated Branding Panel
The center panel can carry a brand or text but does not emit light. Private-label buyers should define artwork size, color, printing method and durability requirements.
A proof and physical sample should be approved before bulk production. Branding creates commercial differentiation only when the finished appearance remains consistent.
10–32V DC Compatibility
The wide input range supports common 12V and 24V vehicle systems. This helps distributors reduce voltage-specific inventory across service trucks and equipment.
The RFQ should still define connector, cable length, switch arrangement and polarity protection requirements.
Avoid Unsupported Claims
The supplied image does not state IP rating, lumen output or approval. These should be requested and verified before they appear in a catalog or on packaging.
